The Aligned Man Project is a coaching and educational service. It is not medical care. Nothing provided through this website, our programs, our emails, our documents, or our coaching calls constitutes medical advice, nursing advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Robert Gonnerman is a licensed Registered Nurse, but no service offered here is delivered in his capacity as a nurse, and no nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship is created by purchasing or participating in any program. Always consult your own licensed physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, supplementation, or optimization program, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
These Terms of Service govern your use of alignedmanproject.com and your purchase of any program or service from The Aligned Man Project LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"). By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any program or use our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
We provide coaching, education, structured programming, and accountability across three areas: physical, mental, and spiritual. Depending on the program you purchase, this may include training programs, nutrition guidance, supplementation guidance, coaching calls, written assessments, community access, and digital resources.
We do not provide: medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, therapy, psychiatric care, or nursing services.
A 60-minute one-on-one intake and assessment call. The full $150 credits toward any coaching program if you enroll within 14 days of the call.
A month-to-month membership with standardized (not individually tailored) programming, a one-time 30-minute onboarding call, monthly group coaching call, community access, and digital resources. Billing recurs monthly until cancelled.
A 12-week individually tailored coaching program covering Phases 1 through 3 of The Aligned Method, with bi-weekly one-on-one calls and direct messaging access. Your full payment credits toward Ascension should you upgrade.
A 16-week individually tailored coaching program covering all four phases of The Aligned Method, including Phase 4, with weekly one-on-one calls, monthly group call, and priority access.
Availability, pricing, and terms are established individually.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Any change will not affect a program you have already purchased.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card information. By purchasing, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Foundation is a recurring subscription and will continue to bill monthly until cancelled under Section 6.
Fully refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled call. Within 24 hours of the call, or after the call has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. If you do not attend without notice, the fee is forfeited.
To cancel, email rob@alignedmanproject.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access through the period you have paid for. Partial months are not refunded. Please allow up to 3 business days for your cancellation to be processed; send your request before your renewal date.
These programs are individually built for you, and work begins immediately upon enrollment. You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled kickoff call. After the kickoff call has taken place, or after any custom programming has been delivered to you, the program is non-refundable — including if you stop participating, miss calls, or do not follow the program.
This is not a punitive policy. Custom programming takes substantial work to produce, and results require your participation. If you are not prepared to commit to the full term, start with the Assessment Call or Foundation instead.
If a genuine emergency prevents you from continuing, contact us. We may, at our sole discretion, pause your program or make other accommodation. This is a courtesy, not an entitlement.
We make no guarantee of any specific result — physical, mental, financial, or otherwise. Any results, testimonials, or examples shown are individual experiences and are not typical. Your results depend on your starting point, genetics, health, effort, consistency, and factors outside anyone's control.
Exercise, dietary change, and supplementation carry inherent risk, including risk of injury or, in rare cases, serious harm. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You confirm you are physically able to participate and have obtained medical clearance where appropriate.
We may reference supplements or products and provide links to third-party suppliers, some of which are affiliate links from which we earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not manufacture, sell, test, or guarantee any third-party product. Any decision to purchase or use any product is yours alone, made at your own risk, and should be reviewed with your licensed physician. Certain compounds discussed in the broader fitness industry are not approved by the FDA for human consumption and may be controlled substances; nothing we provide should be read as encouragement to obtain or use any such compound.
All materials we provide — including The Aligned Method™, program documents, training programs, nutrition plans, protocols, written content, and the contents of this website — are the property of The Aligned Man Project LLC and are provided for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or use them to create a competing product or service.
What you share in coaching stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm. If you participate in our community, you agree to keep other members' shared information confidential and to conduct yourself with respect. We may remove any member for harassment, abuse, or disruption, without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Aligned Man Project LLC and Robert Gonnerman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Aligned Man Project LLC and Robert Gonnerman from any claim arising out of your participation in a program, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may terminate or suspend your access to any program, without refund, if you violate these terms, behave abusively toward us or another member, or misrepresent material information about your health or circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York.
We may update these terms. The "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of a program you have already purchased.
