Our services are for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at the address above.
To coach you effectively, we may ask about your health history, medications, injuries, training background, and nutrition. You choose what to share.
Because we are a coaching service and not a healthcare provider, this information is not protected by HIPAA. We are not a covered entity. We treat what you share as confidential as a matter of professional practice and store it securely, but you should understand that the legal protections applying to your doctor's office do not apply here. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your email address.
